Bruce Springsteen was on town yesterday. It was rather amazing to go see him, since he is such a big star in the world. And I was really amazed that he would come in this small city, with a small stadium. I haven't heard many of his songs before the concert, but I still had a great time there ! And I'm pretty sure that the other 30 000 people enjoyed being there too.
It was nice to see that the band, including Bruce, really enjoyed playing the songs. People were so excited when Bruce walked on the edge of the stage and shook hands with the fans. He even gave his harmonica to a girl. The girl just burst into tears. We couldn't shake hands with him, we were about 50 meters from the stage, but still had a great view.
I wasn't familiar of the songs they played, but that didn't stop me from singing with the crowd ! And Bruce surprised us in the end: he and the band started to play Santa Claus is coming to town ! Whole crowd went crazy at this point. Bruce had this christmas hat in his head, and he laughed a lot.
I'm totally gonna see him again, if he's coming to Finland someday. The Boss still knows how to rock !
